Located just behind the main guest house are five fully furnished apartments that can be available on short notice for last minute lodging accommodations. All include a stocked kitchen so you can prepare your own breakfast.

Unit "H" is a studio apartment at the garden level with queen bed, bath, kitchen, TV, VCR and and phone. The rate for single or double occupancy is an affordable $65.00.


Unit #l has the same amenities as Unit H but with a separate bedroom making it more roomy and convenient for those needing a little extra space. It also has a single sofa sleeper in the living room area. $75.00 a night for two persons.

Unit 3 is a one bedroom apartment, similar to unit 1. In addition it has a loft with extra sleeping area for up tp 4 more people.

The base price is $85.00 adding $15.00 per person after two guests.

Unit #4

Twin bed in den area, queen bed in the loft where there is also a double and another twin.

 At the top of the stair tower is a large air-conditioned apartment with a view that can accommodate a single person or a family with a beginning rate of $90.00 adding $15.00 per person after two.



"The Attic", a great place for viewing the fireworks over Lake Union. This new suite features views of the downtown skyline, Green Lake, Mt. Rainier (if not obscured by the clouds) and the Cascades.

Watch the sunrise over the mountains while sitting in the soaking tub or relaxing in the bedroom chamber.
